About Fuller Acres



Fuller Acres is a fourth-generation family farm in the 'Welch Hollow' valley of Fort Ann. Our cows have been eating and fertilizing our pastures for more than 70 years, as a small dairy farm that has evolved to raise pastured beef and other livestock, in addition to making maple syrup from our woods. Next generation farmers, Olivia Fuller and Thomas Hughes, are stewarding the land with sustainable farming practices, including rotational grazing and following a forest management plan. Our farm is right on the edge of the Adirondack Park, and provides habitat to wildlife that live in and migrate through our fields and woods, and since our farm has been permanently protected by a conservation easement, it will always remain a farm. Fuller Acres has a self-serve farm store open daily from 9am to 7pm at 340 West Road in Fort Ann. We accept payment in exact cash, check, Venmo, or credit card using our self-serve tablet.

Quarter Cow Share

$5.50 per pound

The perfect way for a couple or small family to stock up on pasture-raised beef for several months! Reserve a quarter cow at $5.50/lb hanging weight, with a $250 deposit. Final cost will be determined at the butcher and will be due upon delivery. On average, this will be around 125-175 lbs, yielding 80-110 lbs of meat in the freezer! Beef is USDA inspected and vacuum-sealed for freshness. You’ll receive a variety of cuts representing the whole cow (ground beef, steaks, roasts, ribs, stew meat, brisket, and more!) Beef will be available for pick-up or free delivery within 30 miles. Contact Olivia to inquire about upcoming availability.
